About Me: I am the youngest of six children born to my wonderful parents. I have lived in California, Utah, and Arizona. Growing up, I was into dancing and singing, music, crafts, sports, and babysitting. I love the outdoors and appreciate very much the awesome beauty and variation of our Heavenly Father’s many creations on this earth. I love to explore creative avenues and am particularly partial to scrapbooking, card making, knitting, interior design and architecture, decorating, floral design, gardening, and baking. I am also a massage therapist and have a great appreciation for bodywork and wellness. The main reason I went to massage school was to get involved with infant massage. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to teach parents infant massage techniques to use in bonding with their little ones and then to be able to utilize those skills I’ve learned to bond with our son, Carter. I love to learn and enjoy reading, watching movies, studying new things, and visiting historical or interesting places to learn more about the world I live in. I love being a stay-at-home momma and having the opportunity to spend my days playing with Carter and making our house a home. I look forward to having another sweet little one join our family so that we can share the great deal of love that we feel in our home and in our hearts. About Megan (From Shane): When I met Megan for the first time, she stood out to me as a very genuine person. I was immediately attracted to her caring and fun-loving personality. Since that time, we have passed through many challenging situations together and my love for her has only increased as she has showed great strength and courage in the face of opposition. From the time that Carter joined our family, Megan has shown amazing abilities as a mother. She is able to keep a positive attitude in teaching good behaviors, while demonstrating unconditional love. Friends of Megan have great respect for her because she is such a generous and loyal friend. She is a very thoughtful person and is often the first one to remember someone’s birthday, or to offer to help with an overwhelming project. Megan keeps our family running smoothly thanks to her talents in organizing our schedules and being prepared for events. She is also easy-going and can remain upbeat and laugh when things don’t always go as planned. Carter adores his mommy, and the kisses and hugs he freely gives out are noticeably more sincere when they are for her. She is patient and loving with him when nap time ends and she suddenly becomes his jungle gym. Ruby loves to snuggle with her ear over Megan's heart so she can listen to it softly tick. Megan keeps our friends and family up to date on the things we have going on, and I directly owe the close relationships we have with them to the effort Megan puts into maintaining them.
